Debbie Allen of Clay County killed her first elk during the Quota Hunt in Perry County. The elk was a 6x7 and weighed 520 pounds after field dressing. Pictured is her son, Dusty Collett and his girlfriend, Jenny Sandlin, Debbie Allen, her cousin, Doug Cupp and Debbie's husband, Randy Allen. Debbie is employed at JC Tec in Annville and is the daughter-in-law of Violet Allen of Peoples.
